Palipitations and anxiety disorder
Hello doctor I have generalised anxiety disorder and panic attacks..but sometimes I'm feeling a weird electric like sensation in my head like brain zaps and feel palipitations.I took ecg's all were normal and also 2d echo it was normal.I'm using pentazep 12.5mg for anxiety and petril beta 20mg. But what makes me scare is when I stop taking betablockers,when I move or sit down or stand I'm experiencing palipitations for few minutes .what is the cause? Is this anything heart related pls help me

Nothing related to heart, it is due to anxiety and don’t stop beta blockers suddenly,it will cause rebound tachycardia They should be stopped gradually tapering the dose
