Hi I am 33 years old female I have anxiety problem sometimes but in hospital always and my BP is 139/86 last time and in home 125/77. What does it mean? Is any BP problem with me...? What I do in this situation please suggest.

No..it's called white coat hypertension. Keep checking bp at home..of its normal.its fine
