Hi i am male 36. Some times i feel pain in middle part of chest or pressure while sitting or lying down in bed.but i don't feel any issue in breathing or unisi ness..what exactly is this ...is it cardiac pain or due to gastric becoz my stomach is also disturb or indont have any proper routine of talking lunch and breakfast i do smoke as well.pain or pressure is exactly in chest bone middle or downwards above abdomen. Share u apic by point on chest Plz suggest..this pain or pressure is for a sec and then goes off

I'm taking lodoz 5 mg for bp and fast heart rate coz my heart rate always above 100 while awaking or walking and I also take placida 10 mg this medicine I'm using since 2 years but now my dr stopped placida 10 mg and start clonofit plus 10 mg at night and lodoz 5 mg are continuing but I notice that about 10 days my heart rate slightly slow when im resting or sleeping I checked after waking up so my heart rate around 58 to 62 then after eating or doing some work it goes to 90 in this situation when I rest my heart rate goes down to 60 to 70 and bp was 110/70 so my question is this is normal or something changes in my heart? B.coz in some days before my resting heart rate was 80 to 85 and now it's remain 60+

Hello, my triglycerides cholesterol is 190, LDL 139, SGPT 70.3, Vitamin D 14.5, vitamin B 1297 . I m taking tetan AM tblt for high BP. Sometimes i feel heavy ness in my chest and sometimes feel mild pain.suffering since 2 months. I hv spondylitis too.  echo and ECG reports (done almost 2 yrs ago)came normal. any suggestions.

Hello doctor I have racing heartbeat when I stand or sit sometimes.it feels like some pressure is coming from head to neck and get palipitation like feeling. What is the cause ? My bp is NormaI and pulse is also normal .also I done ecg and 2d echo test all were normal.I also did blood test it was normal.and I have gone thyroid test there is a increase in tsh. And I'm worried about my health always. What is the reason ? Pls help me.is this anything heart related?

Hello Mam/Sir, My mom is a diabetic patient and she also has a blockage in heart. She is also suffering from CERVICAL PAIN(but no pain in neck only pain occur in her left arm ) so I got really confused that the pain in left arm is because of heart blockage or from CERVICAL. Whenever after the lunch or dinner she takes her heart medicine then there is a pain in her left arm and then if I pressed her left arm then she gets blech (a sudden sound comes out from mouth due to raisen of air from stomach) .and after sometime she feel normal Is it because of gas or acidity? Can you please help me regarding the reason that why is it happens every day with her.

Hello My heart rate has been in increasing tendency since few months. I feel one full day every 10-15 days that my sitting heart rate fluctuates 100-130 while checking on oximeter during the day time of around 6-7 hours while working on my desk. At this time if I walk then it goes above 140-150 and I start little shaking.I have gone to ER twice in a year. Done ECG which is also normal. 2D Echo ultrasound are also normal. Have been diagnosed with gallbladder stone of 5.8 with my last er visit as they done all tests. My heart rate during sleep 45-60. Since few days, My heart rate whole day stays 100-120 during the day time and it decreases gradually moving to night. Doctor suggested nothing to worry but only I can understand when this happens. I don't know how this can be cured now. I was covid patient last year and am also a sportsman though now having sedentary lifestyle. Also, I feel shortness of breath while being in the theatre and while driving car since many years. pls help

Hello , recently got tested for all cardiac risk markers , all blood reports and ecg, tmt, echo are normal but my lipoprotein (a) is too high 101. I am very worried about this. What should I do to lower my lipoprotein? Please suggest. Rest cholesterol ldl and hdl are all good. My weight is 51 kgs.

Due to palpitations and breathless while moving consulted Cardiologist. Echo report says Tachycardiac during study Dialated Ascending Aorta and Aortic base.( 4.4 CMS ), Concentric LVH Suggested to do CT Aortagram and after assessment TMT. How relevant is this test. Seeking some valuable suggestions.

My father had mild heart attack in 1995 but no angio performed. He was allright until 2021 dec when during routine checkup was diagnosied with aaorti stenosis. He has no complains or any breathlessness, cholesterol is normal. He is taking ecosprin gold 10 since 2014.Now, another cardiologist suggested to switch to ecosprin av 75/10. Is that ok? Need your expert opinion. Thanks.
