Actually there is shooting cramp like pain I the area of my leg ... it's comes sometimes goes and comes again... but now from two days it's there continously.. sometimes I feel chest in pain but right now only leg pain which is from inside . Can it be blood clot ??

Dr sb nagori I am just 18 yrs old and like this kind of faintness had never happened in my life to me as you said do ecg for it is it required I am not having chest pain arm pain or breath issue I just feel like going to faint kind of I thought it could be low bp so I drank 6 cups of coffee and salt water also but there's no improvement I don't know why whenever I stand I feel like I am going to fall

Hello doctor. from 1week my legs are swollen. Iam diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1,Aten 50 tablet s . B p & diabetic level is under control. From 15 days iam suffering from antral gastritis, fatty liver grade 2 & asymptomatic gallbladder polyps 5 mm . No symptoms . From 1 week my legs are swollen . What is the reason of this ? My ECG, 2 d echo is normal ,serum creatinine is 1.1. please answer.

I am feeling dizzy and feeling like faint from yesterday morning 9 am and it's till now it's less right now but I still feel kind of dizzy my eyes are feeling heavy and is feeling like I am spinning I drank 7 cups of coffee yesterday but nothing change happened and today again I just ate my lunch also but it's still there from yesterday I am feeling very sleep and very much kind of faint pls advice urgent I am in UK currently pls advise what is the reason because I have just eaten my lunch and it's still there is it because of bp?

I have been on prapanol based medicine for my fast heart rate beat around a year now. Currently I am taking ciplar 20 and beta anxit 20 for around two months after a big episode of fast rate and trembling. I am feeling better than usual but my resting heart rate is between 70-84 and around medicine time usually ( before or after too) when I do some physical work like bathing or moving around in house and anything of this type i notice my heart rate reaching to 100 and feels slight uncomfortable in head, like tightness or some head going type feeling or feeling like my around thing are about to spin. This goes very quickly u can say this stays for 10 second. Is it normal or should I go to doctor. Actually I live very far from the doctor and he suggested me to take these medicines for 4 months. Please help me and thank you.
