Having upper back pain and stiffness for 4 months, ortho doctor said bcaz of muscle spasm and poor posture, now it is radiating to front side and creating chest tightness and mild pain constantly. What could be the other reason for the pain since my ecg, echo, tmt and chest xray are normal. Having borderline cholestrol and taking pills for HIGH BP (Prolomet xl 25 ml) What test to be taken further to rule out the issue and find the exact root cause.

I am on ciplar 20 for 2 months and now on ciplar 10 for 15 days. Can i stop now ..is there any serious issue because of not taking the medicine..i am takeing for anxiety symptoms

I smoked some marijuana last night at 8pm. Before that I had 2 bottles of beer and 2 samosa. After having the marijuana I was feeling anxious and was having a heavy heartbeat and a heart burn. After 24 hours I am not high, heart rate is normal, no breathing issues as well. But I have the heart burn. A burning sensation is felt on my heart and sometimes it is felt on the entire chest and upper stomach as well but mostly on the heart. I don't have pain or pressure or squeeze feeling in the heart it's just the burn. Is it because of acid reflux or heart disease? Point to be noted this has not happened before but only happened yesterday. Earlier I was diagnosed with acid reflux where I had burn on my throat. I have taken liquid digene twice today and one medicine of acid reflux in the evening. It didn't help much Please advise.

My cholesterol and triglyceride levels are 255 and 320 respectively. Please suggest what changes should i make in my lifestyle. Also is there any safe over the counter medicine to lower the triglycerides to normal level. Please help.

My work is very stressful. Moreover my working hours ranges upto 12-13 hours. Because of that I am not able to have a sleep of more than 6-6.5 hours. I do exercise at least 4 days a week (skipping ropes & push ups). I don't have any other ailments. I stay away from smoking, drinking & unhealthy food. But I often hear that stressful lifestyle, lack of sleep can lead to cardiac related problems in young age. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance 🙏
