  4. Blue veins on my palms. Heart related?

Blue veins on my palms
Sir / madam , yesterday I had left arm pain alone and today I can see bluish veins clearly visible on my palms after doing mild rubbing it became little normal , am worried is it heart related ? Please reply sir

Left arm pain alone is not heart related without chest pain. Please consult
