I m on ciplar tab since 2.5 month for anxiety..ciplar10 today i did not take it but still my heart rate is 62 when i sit calmly is that ok to take it further or any problems will create?

Both feet pain after waking up as I start to wake up my both feet pain in bed only I don't know why pls check photos is my leg normal is it related to heart or something I can't understand

Sir During Last 1 week I noticed My Blood Pressure during Fear and anxious situation rose to 140 levels , and then without medication came to 109/70 level , Why it is happening, And after 17th I will go to Hostel where no pressure monitor is available. Should I monitor Blood Pressure everyday or it is normal or when the Pressure is high it is very very dangerous.

ECG done at office as a part of regular health-check. It shows normal sinus rhythm but then says middling left axis deviation. Attached the report for reference. Can you please suggest how does it look?

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Also from last 4-5 days i am feeling heaviness in centre of chest and upper abdomen and pain in left elbow, Do i have any heart issues? As 7 months ago stress echo done be effective even now also i am feeling as mild and dragging sensation on left chest and left upper abdomen from last 10 days, Also burning pain comes and go in chest left side upper left centre and right

I have tested by echo... N develop anxiety about my heart valve problem... How it  happned.. it only 30 yr. Of age...plzz suggest me right guidance so it will not progress.

My question is that.. In my echo report it shows trace regurgitation in tricuspid valve and thickening... What does it mean. Does it leads to coronary artery disease or heart attack. I am attaching report

Hello doctors. Sir i did my blood test today of eosinophils and it showed 11% so my doctor prescribed 1. Phenerga 10g 2. Banocide forte 100g Is it safe to take ?? Had got covid once in October 2021 and again in February 2022. Not vaccinated.
