In how many years an individual should get its heart routine checkup? like ecg and 2d echo ...???...

There is no cutoffs that an individual should do cardiac check up. Healthy eating and regular exercise should be followed. If any risk factors are present ( Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipdemia, family history, smoking etc) one can get annual cardiac evaluation with ECG, ECHO and Treadmill test.
