I have pain in my left chest and left arm for  few days. However i go to the gym everyday from 1 year Is this a symptom of heart disease?

I had one ECG in May 2022 which was normal, Today Again I am feeling pain and urge to go for an ECG but my family said no need to have an ecg as it came normal in may 2022 in how much time repeated ecg is required? I am worried

My 2d echo reads concentric lvh and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction with IVS 1.7cm and PWT 1.5cm. I am Hypertensive(taking beta blocker, nicardia reyartd 20mg twice a day) and currently my day time bp is on average 125/85 ...will this level of bp control... help reverse lvh.

Recently I underwent TMT as required for a term insurance plan along with blood tests. My blood tests were normal along with normal blood pressure but my proposal was postponed due to TMT findings. As per the insurance company I have mild positive case of TMT. I went to test center by walk of 2 kms and immediately test center put me on treadmill. I had asked them if a 2 km walk in a sunny day would affect TMT, they said no and put me on the mill. After walking on treadmill for 5 minutes, the computer connected to treadmill was stopped and as a result test center told me to restart test. I wanted to know do these factors influence TMT results? Also i read somewhere that we should not eat or drink anything except water atleast 2 hours before test. Please note that I had a large mug of tea (caffeine) as I drink daily in morning before going out on walk for the test. Please suggest

Please share your thoughts. Why did results before Angio so scary?

Dear Sir/medam, Today I done a ECG due to fast heart rate and skipped beat and I attach the ECG also.Please find the any abnormalities in my ECG like skipped beats and please tell me the is there electrical system abnormalities?? I have more anxiety at the time of ECG. IS it normal ECG or abnormal ECG??? In that ECG cardiac function ok or not???
