Heart Problems & Remedies

I have mild TR and PAP 26 mmHG + RAP Is this something to worry about or pay attention to ? Would this TR increase in future and create complications? Do I need to repeat echo or any other investigation or evaluation? My pulse rate is normal But when I get anxious , its above 100 My BP is normal My chest xray is normal I have read in google that it will get into moderate to severe category in future and I will need surgery then Is it so ? I am really worried and scared

2 days before my mom was having dizziness and her heart beat was high and having some pain in neck. We have consulted one cardiologist. He did ECG and X-Ray of neck. He has given some antialergic, antibacterial and vitamin medicine and mentioned Dizziness will continue for few days (given SOS medicine for Dizziness ) and instructed her not to go in sun light and don't do any work. What is the issue can any body help me on the same? Prescription pic has been attached.

I have taken my bipi tablet Tel Revolol 25 which should be taken once a day, today I have taken it twice a day with a gap of 12 hours.

One i was feeling pressure at chest like squeezing, difficulty in breathing and fainting but there was no sweating or no left hand or jaw paun Went to hospital ecg was positive and stress test was also positive Then doctor did angiography and it came nill ...he assured me that there is nothing and i dont need to worry but when i read report it shows muscle bridge in lad Now i am facing anxiety as well gerd problem but i dont know why i feel pain in chest sometimes Just wanted to ask simple should i be worried about me heart helath even after angiography?

Is mild TR in echocardiography common finding does it progress and create complications in future ?

Hi,namskar doctor..My husband is 38 years old..we made a normal health check up ..where we got a result in ECG that :sinus rhythm.Subtle ST changes noted in inferior leads.Rule out IHD... He also tested for cholestrol where Cholestrol:206.0 HDL cholestrol:31.0 LDL cholestrol:156 Triglycerides:304.0 Vldl cholestrol:60.8 CHO/HDL ratio:6.6 LDL/HDL ratio:5 I am very tensed about his health..is it a heart disease?..please tell me clearly so that i can correlate..I attached cholestrol and ECG report..

Hello doctors My brother has been a Type 1 diabetic for the past 10 years since 2013. He injects insulin daily. Apidra (16-16-16) and Toujeo (44). His Sugar levels are fluctuating, sometimes under control and sometimes not. (Her hba1c level is 12% which is more than normal by around 4% . ). He is worried about the recent heart attacks in Indians, youngsters especially. 1. What care should a diabetic take regarding the heart ? 2.
