My MIL has suffering from chest pain and left hand pain. her bp is 140/100 and sugar level is 198 average of 3 months. She was nauseous last day on morning. Doctor prescribed blood reports which are normal and 2d echo is also done which is also normal. But she continuous feels minor pain in chest. Do we need further test like troponin i?

Hello sir/ma'am I'm having chest pains like tightening heavyness sometimes burning sensation in left chest and middle part feels like scratching and it pain while i move that part I've done 2D echo in January 2023 and renal droppler in may 2023 and 3 ecg 2 months ago and HbA1c a week ago, all reports are normal and sometimes my legs and both arms pains and headaches.
