My father experiencing a mild pain on left side heart area from last 2-3 days... 2 years back My father is paralysed left side..but able to walk No complaints about breathing...mild pain on heart side occurs no pains on neck side back side and no allergies...

My father aged 62, paralysed patient on left side he is able to walk From last 3 days he is feeling mild pain on left side heart area..pain is not that much heavy.. Pain occurs 2 to 3 times a day, not at the sleeping time...breathing everything is fine

Hello, my mother had checked her BP last week it was 140/80 and when today as she was feeling dizzy, she went to near by clinic and got it checked. Now its 150/90. She is feeling dizzy and feverish too. please suggest some medication and food diet

Having chest pain in RT half with slight breathlessness since about two hours this morning. Elders advised pain may be due to gastric, hence I had a warm glass of dabur pudin hara & lying down, but still not comfortable.

She had HA , angiogram shows two arteries 95% blocked , third is 50% .. advised angioplasty or CABG. as Patient was aged and frail , we decided to wait , stabilised after 4days in icu , brought home . as advised we are ensuring she should not take more than 1.25litres water/liquids.. to keep her lungs clear of fluid , and keep BP in control at 96/55 ... only 1.5 tea spoons of oil per day in her food. , moinitor sugar levels and give sugar drink if drops below 60 . ..we have been doing this religiously . ... quite a delicate balancing act to perform between food , water , beverages , insulin & recommended medication . But every moment is tension filled , when she has symptoms of of chest pain/ breathing difficulty/sweating/lowbp / low sugar. Considering her weak body and age , Need to understand risks vs benefits of doing any surgery or angioplasty ?

Dad went through angioplasty following heart attack a year back and has been on regular medications like brillianta, statin, dytor, angistat, nicorun and remister-10 twice a day. However currently his pressure ( diastolic) is quite high. Typical it is averaging at 140/95 under pressure medication and is also feeling breathlessness sometimes. Can doctor please advice how to take the pressure to normalcy.

Severe chest pain and even left part of back is also paining couple of hand nerves also have issue of right hand .what could be the issue ?are these symptoms of heart attack ?

I am not able to breathe normally.every time I breathe in feels like the diaphragm on my left side is not moving at all n I have to struggle to breathe in coz I feel like I'm out of breath
