Noncardiac Chest Pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Doctor, I'm suffering from extreme pain of Noncardiac Chest Pain(NCCP). This is 4th day of this problem. Sometimes pain goes to untolerate level from left side chest to neck, head, ear n left hand. Please help me what should I do now?

Hello there......, I went through your query.... Non cardiac causes of chest pain include indigestion, reflux, muscle strain, inflammation in the rib joints near the breastbone, costochondritis.....all above causes should be ruled out.... consider anti gastric medications for few days.....Consult Physician.....
