Chest pain
I do gyms near about 3 year's but one night I unconscious with chest pain..then I hospitalized. ..after one year still I treble with chest pain..I do ECG X-RAY but nothing ...now what I do

Hello, I went through your query, normal ECG and echocardiogram during chest pain, rules out most of the disease of heart. Then don't worry. This chest pain could be due to musculoskeletal cause (area of pain can be pointed by finger, pain increases on pressing the point, pain may come while taking deep breath), in that case proper rest, painkillers and physiotherapy will help you.
