Hello there. I can understand your concern. What he is suffering from is a rare aquired inherited disease. His red blood cells are not proper, they have certain factors on them which trigger a part of his immune system called the complement system which destroy the RBCs. And his urine is red because of this only, hemoglobin and hemosiderin are being excreted with the urine. Allogenic bone marrow transplant is the only curative treatment for this condition. Nothing more. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
