What is the initial test required to know the blockage in heart, from some days I feel problem in my left arm I read over Internet it's a symptom of heart attack so I want to know how can I assure it was a blockage or not though my weight is 100 kgs+

After doing Angiogram treatment identified single and performed 3.2 stent.How long a patient needs to take the tablets. Below are the Tablets BRILINTA 90mg, ECOSPRIN 75mg, ALDACTONE 25mg, CARDACE 2.5 mg, LASIX 40mg, IVABRAD 5mg and ATOPLIP 80mg.

I suffer palpitation for 2-3 seconds every day.what to do ?this scares me and distracts me.sometimes it occurs at 15 day gap.but nowadays it happens quite often.

My blood test recently revealed that I've an alarming homocysteine level, i.e. 52.01 micro-mole per litre of blood. My family doctor was quite surprised considering my age and has asked to refer reputed cardiologist around. While the reference range says that it should not be above 30 - neither my parents nor my siblings have homocysteine above 20 (same unit as above). Apart from dietary supplements (increasing Vitamin B-complex, especially folic acid) intake what other options do I have? What can I do if this is due to genetic mutation error due to MTHFR gene?
