My wife ECG show Poor R Wave V1 to V3 any serious problem in heart pls tell me and what i do pls suggest me..

I am type2 diabetic with angioplasty done 8 months back I am taking Tradjents 2.5/850 BD . Should I take some other medicine or I should lower the dose pl tell me.

Hi, I am experiencing palpitation issues from past many years and twice I had done ECG and there were no issues found. Doctor diagnosed with Tachycardia, with abnormal heart rates and I always have anxiety, I am unable to control it and my heart will always be pounding. Unable to sleep properly and even minor issues also, will be always bothering me and unable to recover from this problem. Please advice me on how to overcome this problem.

I have high BP for over 10 years. Recently in April 2016 the Fasting glucose was 107.4, PP blood glucose was 100.4 and Hb1Ac 3 month average was 6.5%. The consulting Dr / Pathologist said that I dont have diabetes. But for safety side recommeded 1 tablet daily Glycomet SR 500 and asked me to repeat the test after 1 month. As per my earlier test done in Nov 15 the Fasting blood sugar was 111 & PP blood glucose was 162. Here also the Dr said that I dont have diabetes. My questions are: 1) Do I have diabetes? 2) Should I continue to take Glycomet SR 500 daily? For how long should I continue? 3) My BP is normally 140/95. For high BP should I continue to take Nebistar5 and Cilaheart T or change to some other medicine? 4) What precautions should I take to control my BP & Blood sugar levels? Thanks. For last 6 months I am having the trouble of gas and several motions in the day. I took medical advice and some antibiotics were prescribed to me. The motions went down but the formation of gas continued. I continued my Hypertension medicines all this while. In the interim I was asked by the doctor to get the H1AC which came out as 7.1 ( in Feb). However I did not see the doctor again. For last 15 days I am experiencing congestion and heaviness in my left side of the chest. My bowl movements and gas problem has also intensified. Am I moving towards heart attack?

Always feel tired. I did many test but all the test were normal except lipid profile test. I found that my cholesterol level was too low. my ldl cholesterol level was 30,ldl/hdl ratio was 0.61 and cholesterol/hdl ratio was 1.76. do I need to worry about it. I feel very stressed about it.I am attaching other test reports below.

I am mkg Manager. Since 3 months getting extortion after few min. During 6 months 4 times I felt my right hand gets light weight.. feel electric, numbness and gradually gets normal after 5.,6 min. Hypertension since 15 yrs. Taking only Tab . Amlong A 50 +5mg od daily morning. sugar normal. No alcohol/smoking.

In the left rib Im getting pain and I have consulted the doctor also and took xray but doctor and took some tablets but when I get cough I'm getting slightly pain so can you suggest me anything this regard
