Sir, I had a cardiac arrest in month of January. I was treated and was doing well and was adviced to take regular medicines. But due to a medical test I was in fast for complete 12 hours and I missed my medicine for 2-3 days. Now I am feeling that I have increased in heart rate and a pain in chest.

I have been feeling dull continuous pain in the right side of my chest for last few days also back shoulder plate in the right side.Its mild but continuous pain.I have been suffering from gastric problem.Taking medicine Rablet.Is it something serious ..should I be concerned?

He is suffering from PNH. what should he do. Please help. He is suffering since 2 yrs. He is having medicine since 1yr feb. Blood red urine is observed. 4 unit of blood has been tranfused in the period of 2 years. He is also suffering from g6pd. Episodes of weakness and uncounciousness has been observed and hemoglobin around 4 has been observed twice this year. Currently his medication is going on from CMC vellore.

I do gyms near about 3 year's but one night I unconscious with chest pain..then I hospitalized. ..after one year still I treble with chest pain..I do ECG X-RAY but nothing ...now what I do

How big an atria can enlarge? What are the medicines to control it? Can the process of enlargement be reversed?

Heloo...actualy my.sister is having a anxiety disorder..she cannot speak in front of people,she hesitate too much,even in class when she was asked to read she cant.,her heart beat too fast n she shiver while speaking ..even in tutions she cannot ask her queries because of this problem..due to.this she is lacking her confidence...she feels so depressed..please please suggest me to how we can remove this...can cardio exercise will hepl??? ...all says try to speak ..atleast try..bt it is very hard for her..she cant do it..please suggest me something...

Hi.. He is a software engineer and working under extreme office pressure. he is not able to balance personal & office life well. sometime he feels severe restlessness, anxiety, breathing problem and asks to admit in hospital. he is overweight (by10kg apprx) and feels weak and demotivated in his daily life. we have not noticed any suicidal tendency but sometimes he feels lonely/insecure/weak/under pressure and starts crying. he is non vegetarian and normally over eats. he is married and having a 3 years old baby. Married life is fair and normal. No Other pre-existing diseases and issues have been diagnosed yet. He is taking medicines from a psychiatrist but it seems not much effective. Doctor, I'm suffering from extreme pain of Noncardiac Chest Pain(NCCP). This is 4th day of this problem. Sometimes pain goes to untolerate level from left side chest to neck, head, ear n left hand. Please help me what should I do now?

Two episodes of syncope with sweating and hypotension with blood pressure of 98/49 mmhg on first episode and 98/60 mmhg on second episode. Patient compliance for medication is good. Good glycemic control. What should be the reason for present condition, how to manage if next episode occur?
