I m severe PAH patient and already diagnosed at PGI, Chandigarh I took sildenafil citrate pill since last 4 yrs. I have chest pain all the time and shortness of breath. I was very thin, only 40kg and height of 5" 4. I need more weight. What shall I do?

Hi doctor I get sharp pain in my heart occasionally. During the pain I feel short of breath & get I could not breathe properly due to a blockage pain feeling inside my heart. When this pain occurs I have to sit or stand still for a while until the pain vanishes. I go to gym & exercise but still this intermittent problem does happen. Please suggest.

High bp and pain in left arm and chest.she has taken 40 mg telemasartan in morning. Had 150/100 bp in evening.took 20 mg again at 5. Now better but little pain still there

Last year during my medical check up I had been diagnosed with Sinus Tachycardia. They said it is within normal limits, however my Blood pressure is generally very low because of this. I do not have any symptoms of problems arising because of this. I do not know the reason behind this condition also, if it can lead to health complications later. Please advise.
