Dear Sir I feel palpitations can that be coz of acidity. And i feel severe pain left upper chest. And a lot of dizziness specially when heartbeat accelerates.

Hii, I was diagnosed with panic disorder 3 years back but now it's under control, but since a month I have been having some panic attacks with lightheadedness and feeling that I will faint and some palpitations. Yesterday I had a lots to drink and I was hungover, at night I got this feeling in my chest that my heart skipped a beat or the beats were very unusual like two big thumps I woke up and my heart was racing a bit. I had no other symptoms just a bit chest tightness. Something similar had happened before I did go to the doc they did ecg and tni test or something but it came normal. I'm 26 years old 5'11 and 74 kgs. Very healthy I gym at least 3 days a week. All my other reports were perfectly normal including the lipid and liver, kidney thyroid and so on. So is it my anxiety or is something wrong with me? I can control and handle all panic symptoms but the heart thumping is a nightmare.

Hi, my niece is 11 days old, just got discharged from hospital after spending 7 days in ICU, we got to know from doctor that she have some hole in heart which may mix the good blood with dirty blood Our doctor told us that this hole may close within 2 to 4 years But we are worried when we learn that baby have 2 hole and heart is slightly on left side So my request to you, as a specialist kindly guide us on next line of action For your reference i am enclosing her sonogram reports

Hi Sir, this is Ganesh here. Yesterday we observed that he has full of sweat and 10 to 15 sec he couldn't concentrate. Later we taken him to nearest hospital and doctor told us that due to low bp. As per his advice we undergone some medical tests. I would request you to please help me on what could be the problem. I am attaching the reports. I was dizzy and after that I experienced Hematemesis. I went to the hospital and my diastolic pressures is 115. My left rib cage also bulge compared to the right side. What is the possible cause? Thank you Dr.

I was operated for Congenital heart disease - Subaortic membrane resection in Feb 2015. I cleared an interview for a job in Dec 2016 which involves software development and application integration. During my medical examinations , doctors heard a murmur in my heart and asked me about my cardiac history . I explained to them everything and showed them my 2d echo reports which I had done recently. It showed mild AR and AS which is normal considering I was operated. They told me to meet their doctors in their hospital and get a 2d Echo done from there and their doctor wrote to the company that candidate will require surgery in few years .HR and the doctors of the firm told me that I cannot be considered for the job because the job involves extended hours and stress. My cardiologists and surgeons have told me not to do only physically strenuous job and have given in writing that I can do my routine work with limited exertion. What should i do ?

Hi i am diagniseing with GAD ..i always concern about heart problem for last 4 months and had nearly 6 ecg and everything came back normal and recently took lipid profile test everything is in normal level but my HDL is 40 ..is that dangerous
