Prehypertension

My BP is in range of 140-150/ 80-85. My typical diet is as follows: Type: eggitarian Calories:2000-2500 carbohydrates=275-325 gms Sugar(total)=70-105gms Proteins=60-85 gms Fats=60-70gms I exercise regularly and follow active and healthy lifestyle and low sodium regime. No abnormality found in any test(blood ,ECG ). Pls advice is this intake such as carbs/sugar ok for me. My BP has been hovering at these levels for 6 years cardiologist is unsure of starting BP meds at these levels. Pls help.

Low Blood Pressure

I am 20 yrs. old male. 5'10" and weight is 71kgs.(approx). For the past some weeks, whenever I check my BP it remains around 105-55. I think it is low but not sure. Is there anything to worry about. Please help! 😓

Small thrombus in distal right pulmonary

The CT Scan Pulmonary Angio reads "small thrombus in distal right pulmonary artery at its bifurcation as described above minimally comprising the lumen". My question is should i start taking Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) as prescribed by the doctor or should ask doctor to prescribe more safe drug considering the side effect profile of the drug?

Postular Hypotension in a Cardiac Patien

I am 86 years old and he is fit. I get occasional Angina pain. I have been advised to take Imdur (isosorbide mononitrate) 30mg daily. This leads to lowered blood pressure when i stand up, get up from the bed etc which leads to dizziness etc Should we stop Imdur (isosorbide mononitrate)

Cholesterol reduction

My age is 35 years and my LDL is around 161 whereas HDL is 41... I have strated exercise, control food that increase LDL/reduce HDL. I read that omega 3 acid consumption is important and i dont eat fish. Can i consume omega 3 capsules available in shops (amway o healthcart) or can you suggest any good capsule and safe dosages?

Teenage girl with heart palpitations
