My bp is normal 130/70 day time but at night it goes to 160/90 Should i start medication ?? Antihypertensive ?? Or excercise ??or antianxietic is enough ??

Sir my bp is normal at day time but at night it spikes up to 140/90 150/90 I pain sharp pain in my chest sometimes and smthng heavy i feel something moving in my left hypochondrium region and feel pain...i thought its acidity but it is felt if i lye on left side....im just 26 yrs old What may be the cause of high bp at night only ?? Which test i should perform for this ?? My ecg and echo is normal Plz suggest me the tests i shud check ? Laboratory tests n others ?

Hello. I am 25 yr old. I am having a chest pain irregularly. I am having CONGENITAL DISEASE, a small VSD. Recently i had dengue . I m recovering now. But after the dengue the chest pain is increasing while i am at rest. When motion no problem. But when at rest I am having the chest pain. Please help me and give me Suggestions.

My father had attach 7 months and 2 stent were placed in LAD and LCX. from then he is having some pain and when we met the cadiologist he said its muscle pain and asked him go to regular work. From past 20 days he is getting burning sensation in the heart and after he compeltes his morning walk and rests down for few mins and it goes off. Today when we met his doctor he told that angiogram should be done since there might be new blocks formed in the stent or other areas. Does heart burn relate to block in heart valves and should angiogram be performed. Is it a gastric problem.

I have been experiencing alot of pain in chest in the left side close to heart, i checked my bp twice and it was close to 160 and cholesterol was 233. i started taking medicine for cholesterol but then i visited another doctor and he stopped my cholesterol medication and started bp medication but still the pain is there and i have started losing my concentration in almost all the daily activities because of the pain. Breathing is normal but pain is consistent, it gets worse when i go to movie theaters or any kind of loud party . Please advise. (Ecg came normal too)

Can I take BP medicine after dinner or before going to sleep? I am currently taking Telpres MT 50mg everyday.

Since last two years I have HDL Cholesterol in the range of 90.My total cholesterol is 170, LDL 80, Triglycerides 80 .I am on Rosuvas 5mg,Clopilet 75 mg, Eltroxin 125mcg, Urimax0.4mg.My TSH /PSA/ liver/renal blood reports are OK. My FBS is 109/PPBS 108.My TMT/2DEco are OK. My CT Angio done 2010 shows 20/30% blockage. What is the reason for this high HDL. How to make this normal. How does this harm me? What other tests to do for knowing the reason for this high HDL
