Hi doctor, Around 1.5 month back, my 1y,6m old daughter had undergone VSD closure. Everything was very fine, until recently we started noticing a little protrusion in the mid sternal region. my baby is fine-seems it not paining, there is no abnormal swelling/redness at the place. Now we just wanted to know if it completely fine. Thx in advance.

My father has been diagnosed with triple vessel coronary artery disease. Right Coronary artery - 90% stenosis LCX - 70-80% LAD - 70-80% He is 66 years of age He chews tobacco Ocassional smoker He has diabetes for which he takes Gemer 1 mg He also has slightly high blood pressure. Doctors have suggested surgery. They said both angioplasty and by pass surgery can be done. I want to know which option would be the best?

Aft long time I took alcohol 90 ml it's feeling un easy. I can't able to belch .I passed urine more than 7 times. Still my stomach is uncomfortable and I afraid of it. Basically I'm having ulcer also.

What does left ventricle preponderance means? as my father is diagonised by this and occasionally he have blackouts and shortness of breath with a drastic low blood pressure.

I am CABG patient operated abt 11 months back.my lung x-ray is absolutely clear.But last two months my coughing is not going.I have no problem in breathing in night but my nose pessage gets blocked on one side while sleeping.I tried Amoxicillin 500 mg for 10days My question is is it related my CABG surgery. I have no diabetes.

While sleeping chest starts paining, then left hand then the jaws, necks all starts paining, kindly help and suggest to come out of this problem.

While i am travelling in bus when the speed raises i am getting to muh fer like i heart becoms too hard and i thought it may stop...body becomes too cool and full headache...

My husband is a 25year old overall healthy male. He has been on methadone for 10 months now. His Went up to 130mgs but tapered down to 107mgs. He has had some withdrawal symptoms but nothing too unbearable. He has been expericing some heart disturbances only recently though. Sometimes he gets heart palpitations when excited, exerting himself or even laying down. Today everything was fine until he suddenly became clammy, jittery and felt a warmth going through the back of his neck, along with a funny feeling on the left side of his chest. He had a hard time describing it but said it sorta felt tingly/ticklish but not exactly either. Just a weird sort of feeling and he became pretty concerned. It lasted about 30mins. No irregular heartbeat or chest pain. Does it have anything to do with his heart caused by methadone? By something else? Was it anxiety/panic attack? Something completely different? Any clues or suggestions? It really freaked him out and I'm also worried about him!

Post MVR, serveMR S/P MVR 3MSE ,AF/CHB S/P PPI-SSIR ,upgrade/PG change to CRT/D in 2009, S/P PG change+LV lead replacement in 2013 this is my care history. As my INR should not be more but it is more that 7 now what should I do I hope u will reply me soon... Thank you

Hello, my father is 50 years old. He is healthy (no diabetes or sugar) but one of the routune checkup, stress test came out to be positive. Recently, it was found that he was suffering from deficiency of Vitamin D (9.8). He is not suffering from any other ailments. Does the Vitamin D result affects the stress checkup test?
