Dr I am having higher BP in the range of 160/100 for the past few weeks. I'm taking Place 40 mg instead of 20 as per cardiologist advise in the morning. But still it is not lowering. What should I do? I'm a diabetic patient.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Make some changes in your diet.
Use low sodium salt instead of regular salt and that too use very less.
Have smaller meals.
Walking for 40minutes every day is good.
Consult your cardiologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
