Heart Problems & Remedies
Health supplement
Hi - I have a question. I workout everyday for 1 hour which includes weight training and cardio. I don't take alcohol or smoke. I want to take fat burner supplement.. I'm on strict diet which includes nuts fruits protien cards and normal roti and veggies.. No junk food..
I have a history which is my angioplasty done back in 2012. I take 2 medicines everyday..
Can I go ahead and take fat burner supplement? My current weight is 88.8 kgs, height 5'11..
Will there be any issues if I take it?

I got sudden pain in mid of the chest for 2 hours, after lunch, then I took aciloc tab and after half an hour I got relief. I went to the doctor and doc told me that it was a case of acidity. My BP at that time was 134/84. I told the doc for the ECG, but he told me that it is not the case of heart problem. Pls. guide.

Discomfrt left thorac rgn
From last two days, I am having a tolerable but continued pain on my left part of chest which includes muscles above rib cage, neck, shoulder, upper arm. It started out as a uncomfortable fast rate heartbeat and then the pain distributed to the nearby connecting body area when I tried to massage the muscles at that moment. Slowly the heartbeat decreased but there is a slight prolonged pain (like cramp) in the muscles of my left upper chest region (e.g. neck, shoulder, upper arm, and center part of left chest) I am an above average obese. 5 ft 9inch with 105kg wt. I have never had any history of chronic illnesses. Is this alarming? What should I do. Was this event normal or is it an example of cardiac malformed behavior?
