Hi, my age is 33 years and I live in east delhi. Last 2 weeks I have been suffering from gas and burping problem. Also there is pain in my heart area like pinning. Some discomfirt in shoulders and left arm. Slight numbness in left arm fingers. Please suggest what I need to do.
