I have heavy breathing and most of the time BP is above 160. My total Cholesterol is 245.HDL is 46 and LDL is 172.8. I am right now under medication and would like to ask you about the diet control method and breathing techniques to control heavy breathing. Please help me out.

Hello, I am harsh. I've been experiencing shock in my heart while I'm breathing for about 2-3 sec, rarely. May I know what is the problem please.

I feel mild pain in my left arm and my bp ranges from 130/70 to 140/90 mmhg and i feel something in the area of heart when i lye on left side i feel some heaviness in the chest specially at night... i did not do any excercise since last 4 months i sleep too much but from 8 days im excercising alot treadmill for 20 minutes during that i dont feel any pain and no dyspnea..normal breathing as during excercise. Sir it is okay to have sildenafil 25 monthly it ll not cause any heart effects .??

I was on propanalol 20 mg Hs for last 40 days. I stopped the medicine five days before and I checked my lipid profile and got very high values. My blood pressure reading was also high 150/100. My blood pressure was within the normal limits before. Can you please tell me whether propanalol causes hyperlipidemia and elevated blood pressure reading? If so what will be the best treatment to reverse it?

I need to know my blockage arteries will clear by any methods? If so whom I need to contact , some Dr said that no use of bypass surgery because it's too lengthy blockage, so any alternative solutions, please help me I m struggling since 5 years

Hi all, I was diagnosed in Jan. 2013 through CT ANGIO That I have a blockage in LAD with 70% due to rupture plaque. From last three years I am on medication which as follows - Telma H80 half tablet daily Nebicard 5 once daily Ecosprin av75 once daily Now my question is - How long I have to take these medicines - Do I need any other precaution I walk daily around 6-7 km and I don't have any problem to do this. And can climb stairs up to 3-4 floors without any problem. My age is 40 years and my weight is 102 kg. My blood reports are normal.

My father had triple vessel disease. 2 stents were placed in lad and 2 stents were placed in lcx and cleared by ptca. But doctor says RCA is totally damaged and can't do anything about RCA. RCA is non dominant. Advice needed regarding RCA and the total procedure.

Will cardiovascular cartography show accurate results like angiogram??? Is it reliable to go ahead n trust that if CCG result are normal then there is no blocks in heart? Or if CCG results show that if there is a block, is it true that there is a block for sure?

He is aged about 42 years. He is suffering from diabetic for last 15 years. last year he got heart pain with the symptoms like shortness in breathe, pedal edema and abnormal increase of stomach.
