I feel pain in chest near heart I want to which reports will give me best output about cholesterol n heart blockage.

Get 2D Echo , stress-test , and Blood tests ( Hemogram, Fasting lipid profile , Hb A1C , Urea- creatinine )once you have these . See a Cardiologist in His OPD to discuss whether you need Angiography
