Mom is suffering from severe lv dysfunction and ef 32 as per 2d echo. Recently holter reading identified high ectopic beats and multiple pvc's. Doctor advised icd. Hello sir,my mom is a heart patient. She suffer GLOBAL LV HYPOKINESE,MODERATE LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION from past 10 years.But Suddenly my mom suffer SEVERE LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION.she can't breath well and can't eat,swelling legs.is this emergency or any serious issue. Recently I got lipid profile done. All the test are in required parameter but HDL is 20. Please guide me how to elevate HDL.
