I am 21 years old boy and I want to ask that i have taken a health suppliment from my gym coach 3 years ago and used it for two months October and November in 2013 but later i came to know that they were having dexona in it (corticosteroids) I am worrying that it can affect heart in my future. I am totally fit till now doing everything.

You had taken them in 2013 and you are worrying now?
What's the use?
The drug was eliminated from your system long back.
Just relax nothing will happen.
Don't take unnecessary supplements without a doctor's advise.
