I am using asteroids ( wysalone ) for last 2years as I have pemphigus valguris. But now I am feeling a pain in my chest. Is it a heart pproblem???

From six months constantly on bed n getting thin day by day .glow of face is gone.. Taking proper diet but still feeling weak . I am a man of 55 years old. Can't do any work...taking medicines of heart dilation since November 2016. Always feeling sleepy ...not able to walk as started problem in breathing

One arteries is blocked due to calcification.so balloon angioplasty is not working on this. I want rotablation based diamond drill angioplasty.

I had chest pain during my working hours, den pain increased n was hospitalized. Doctor told that minor heart attack was there and was in hospital for 6 days and got discharge and was asked to get admitted after a week n get angiography done. Once result was out it was found that at 3-4 areas blakages are 90% & 95%.

I have total of 4 blockage and one angioplasty done in 2012 with 1 stent ... I want to know if I shld be going for angioplasty again or bypass surgery...
