I have chest picking for 2 or 3 days i done ecg pls see and reply me and pls see my report any broblem in ecg

My mother had a heart attack and her LVEF is 25%. I am attaching doctors prescription and the Nt-proBNP test result. She has diabetes. To control blood sugar we have been advised to take tablet (Zoryl) twice morning/night. We will get a sugar test done in next few days to measure the results. But Sir, her NT-ProBNP levels are high .. so do she need to take separate medicine to bring the level down ? Is there any serious threat because of high NT-ProBNP level ? Please can you give some advise.

My father 66 years diagnoised with bp 170/100 due to sleep disorder(shortness of breath during sleep), asthma since 2 yrs. He is using cpap since 1 year and results were not productive.medication started with sartel 40, cinod 10, rousuvas, forocot, montair. For few months bp was in control 130/80, 140/90. Over a period of time bp has increased and medications were corrected to morning: sartel 80, ivabard 5mg, ctd 6.25mg evening: sartel 80, ivabard 2.5mg, rousvas 10 in the night. results were little better but now bp is not getting controlled again.Morning at 6 he feels active, normal but after taking medicines he feels uncomfortable(dizziness, uneasy and elevated bp). Bp comes down at 1pm post lunch. he feels comfortable with night dosage.cpap reports showed AHI count is in control. I feel the quality of sleep is lagging for him he gets repeated cough with cpap machine and does not get a productive sleep(might be due to asthma or dry air of the machine which irritates him not sure).

I feel my heart beat loud after eating and before sleep and I feel tightness in my chest most of time I m taking cough and cold medicines from last ten days

I had angeogram and did Mri cordio, one doctor said put stent, one doctor said aggressive medical management, one doctor said put 2 stents, one doctor said put pacemaker, I have confused please suggest me what right .

I feel change in heart rhythm at least once in a day.There isn't any pain but some sensation.Its been a month now.

Sir, I have too visible and thick various veins on my arms for some 10 yrs now. I cannot wear half sleeves shirt in front of other people and I feel very embarrass to talk to anyone whenever I am without a shirt. I wanted to know that is this problem has solution and is it treatable by medicine or any operation. If yes then please advice me for the same because I am going to get married very soon and I am in a fix. Please advice and help.

While flatulence in stomach, I feel heart beat skipping. I went through Holter monitoring, ECG, Echo Cardiogram, TMT, USG, Endoscopy. All were normal.

Sometimes I get a mild pain only in the left side of the chest. This occurs very less frequently and at no specific time. It usually lasts for 15 minutes and goes away immediately if I do deep breathing for a minute.

I have heart rate 112 at rest. I am 22 years old. Is it normal? I dont have cholestrol or High bp and no past heart related issues
