Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 30.I have very high cholestrol and i tried 3-4 statins and red yeast rice tablets.all give me muscule pain and nerve related issues. Is there something else that i can take to lower cholestrol? Which works on different principle than statins do. Ex niacin or zetia or colsevelam? Will they cause extreme muscule pain? Tryibg to control cholestrol via diet and lifestyle right now but it doesnt seem to be working

Feel short of breath often , and constant heaviness and Discomfort in upper back , left side and upper left chest which keeps rotating .

Sir when i go to bed for sleep my heart rate increase it seems to me that belching but do not. I feel heavy on my chest. I suffer from constipation last 1 year. I also made echo but normal, ultrasound, and chest x-ray, blood test and urine test also normal. But in night i feel restlessness.

When I walk for more than 1 km , I start having pain in my right leg on the sides which only goes away when I sit for 5 mins. I am hypertensive and take telma 40. I am worried if the pain is due to PAD.

Hello Sir, Had my overall tests done recently. Despite of improved diet and mild exercise my triglycerides seem to be shooting up. Last year it was 286, this year it increased to 365. I take fish lever oil and flax seeds regularly as well. What is your suggestion? Thanks,

Hello, My mother just completed a course of medication for vit b13 and vit d deficiency. She also suffers from hypertension . She complained of swelling in feet hence we went to doc. Her bp had shot up to 180. Her medicines were changed ref. Attachment. Also he told to do 2d echo. While all seems normal only one thing the report says worries me I.e. grade i/iv lv diastolic dysfunction of mitral valve How serious is it and is it curable and what are precautions to be taken Thank you for your time

My mother has high bp problem since 2 yrs, before 2 days her bp was high due to which we consulted one doctor and now whn she do any work she feels pain in heart.

Breathing problem while having increase in heart rate and having pain on left side chest. She had low BP in past but now a days high BP observed 98 and 153. Please suggest treatment without surgery...
