It has been more than 3 month now. I had an ulcer last year and met a cardiologist, done tred mile and ho-alter test too.

Patient female, age-57 it was the problem for last week - chest congestion, short breating, one skip beat after every five or 6 beat, after taking concor cor 2.5 pulse rate reduced 62-65 , little drowsiness in morning but no vomiting , no headache other medicine nexito plus( she has anxiety disorder)

Actually my mother having old angina,PCI WAS done and 2 stent IN Lad and RCA WAS placed,after 5 year doctor stopped clopidogrel only asprin and atorvastatin is given,it is perfact or not?? Plz clarify my doubts thanks

My 2 month baby was admitted in ccu at fortis hospital in sick condition with tachypnea and congestive cardiac failure IV decongestIves and IV antibiotics were started . Patient was initially put on nasal CPAP, patient has LRTI and can't be taken up for surgery. However patient condition deteriorated and had to be supported on Invasive mode of ventilation. Patient was also started IV Dobut amine which was gradually tapered off . Subsequent chest x ray revealed worsening pneumonia and demand optimal ventilator setting for stabilisation. Patient has largely remained ventilator dependent repeat chest xray done yesterday show resolving consolidation. A CBC repeated on 23/03/2017 showed Hb=8.9 , TLS =12,400 with neutrophils 50% .A blood transfusion was given in view of that . Currently patient tolerates full RT feeds . USG cranium has been normal.

The patient is having breathlessness issues due to intake of tezloc h do i need to reduce the dosage as she has resorted to inhaler for calmness

Few days back i came home and i thought i got irregular heart beat (No heart attack) I went to hospital and they said that yes ecg says that it is irregular heart rate and gave me blood thicken medicines later they discharged me after 4 days. I just want to know whether i have arrhythmias or myocardial infraction.

I always have chest pain, my anxiety is really bad, my left arm bothers me as well I've had 2 ekgs as well as 2 X-rays and they came back normal, but my mpv is a 7.2 so what could be my problem ?
