Hello, I am 65 years old. I had undergone mitral stenosis surgery years before. I am currently under stroke rehabilitation taking acitrom, lanoxin and nebivolol tablets. While taking echo with my cardiologist, he said everything is normal. But, I found in the report that my left atria is 5.5 cm. Is this normal? How do I decrease the size of my left atria?

My father is have discomfort in his chest from past two days, day before yesterday he suffered from high BP then the very next day he had low BP since then he is having dizziness specially at night time he went to the hospital they gave him some medicine for dizziness but there is no improvement till now
