Severe pain in chest sometimes in right sometimes in left. We done ecg also. He has two stunts in heart also

When i am resting my heart rate is around 80-90 n when i walk my heart rate be 90-100 is it alright. I had little fat around Tommy area is it because of that.

My heart is beating faster and its paining sometimes since 4 months.what might be the reason? Is it abnormal?

So what we can do to lower down his blood pressure & diabetes. Because one doctor said that he will end up with his dialysis, so I m very scared for my father. His BP is coming high from so many days. In his blood tests of urine glucose has also been detected. Esr is 34 and he is having swelling on his left eye also. Thyroid is also there.

Some time feel chest pain for few seconds&slow continuous pain in the waist upper part left side. Three years back I took medicine for cholesterol

I feel absolutely fit and also run 10 kms everyday without any issues. But one thing that i have started to notice is low heart beats per minute. When i am resting, it goes down to around 40 to 45. Should this be a concern for me or is it just fine ?
