Tachycardia and palpitations
I am a female in my 20s and have had tachycardia and frequent palpitations for the last few years. I am overall healthy and do not consume a lot of caffeine or any other medications/substances that cause tachycardia. I had basic lab work done including thyroid function, that was all normal. I also had an echo done that was normal and a holter monitor test for 24 hours that was also normal besides being tachycardic most of the time. My 12 lead ekg showed normal sinus rhythm but with notched and prolonged p waves. What could the meaning of this ekg be and could it relate to the tachycardia or palpitations?

U can go for extended holter recording. Exclude anxiety first before reading too much in between the lines. Notched p waves can be because of atrial conduction defect but is rare at your age if echo is normal
