He is aged about 42 years. He is suffering from diabetic for last 15 years. last year he got heart pain with the symptoms like shortness in breathe, pedal edema and abnormal increase of stomach. Still he is using medication. but no improvement in the condition. 6 month back he got a small kaniti in his stomach. the size of the kaniti is very bigger in size day to day and the stomach is all increasing very too much. please give a suggestion to whom I approach.

I smoked for 5 yrs, 5-6 cigarettes a day, 3 weeks back I quit smoking and have been exercising daily after that. I took my bp twice this week. Highest was 144/82 that too in testing stage. Please advise if this is a withdrawal symptom of smoking cessation or hypertension? Does it happen to those who quit smoking or not?

Hi, I am a 38 year male. i have had MVP since early teens which doctor explained is due overgrowth during preteens. Earlier this year after consuming energy drink i noticed very fast heart beat. Couple of weeks later it became a monthly occurrence with occasional palpitations. After visit to the doctor & echo in April'06 he diagnosed Valve leak. I was prescribed Concor 5mg (morning) & Tritace 2.5mg (night). The palpitations continued occasionally. Next visit the doctor prescribed additional later afternoon medication Marevan 3mg. Yesterday after follow up echo i was informed the leak is slightly increased and there is a slight enlargement of the heart from 5.5 to 6 ( i didn't understand it) He has asked to continue the medication and advised valve repair surgery. Currently i face a little breathing difficulty if i climb stairs. Cough is occasional. Is the surgery required? Natural remedy? Should the medication continue

I'm a teetotaller. Recently I read that drinking Red wine moderately reduces chances of heart disease and cancer. Is it true? Is it wise to consume red wine.?

I feel like fatigue or sometime body loose issue like at that time I am not to able to do some small work..after joining gym..why I feel..i dont have any medical issue exp cholesterol...this problem due to cholesterol??
