Hi, as per the medical record attached with this message, it looks like my cholesterol level is very high and other elements also pointing towards bad heart health. If you can suggest, kindly let me know at what stage i am in terms of heart health as per the attached report. Also kindly let me know if their are any another severity area. What should i do next to remediate this issue and what should i avoide to reduce the risk in near future if their is any? Any medication i should go for? In my family their has been multipe cases of bad heart health specially with my father and grandfather. I was feeling shortness of breathe since a month. It would be more at nights. I am feeling like i has to take deep breathes. Only 1 out of 10 deep breathes is satisfying me. When i try to get deep breathe and i doesn't get what i required, it was suffocating me a lot.
