Heart Problems & Remedies

Someday suddenly I feel pain in my heart and I feel like I have no power in my body to move it, pain and this feeling last for a min maximum but I am afraid coz it's related to heart.

I am having a problem of High BP, so I got my blood tested and results show high level of cholesterol 300

My mother has been suffering from unknown disease. 1. While she takes a nap anytime, her heart start to pump up and body sensations starts. Sometime it does happen when she is awake as well(less heart pump compared to nap case). The problem disappear after sometime automatically. 2. Half head pain anytime 3. Sometime while moving neck cracking some appear. 4. Irritation happens when someone makes loud sound or house is closed

My father feels pain in the chest. The doctor said he has low heartbeat rate, around 48 bpm. They said if it's still going low then we have to fix heart machine. And I want to avoid such operations if it's not that much essential. We want solution other than operation.

My doctor did blood work for my annual physical and my hs CRP came back at 40. She informed me that this was mildly concerning because it could point to heart problems in the future.
