Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from Hypertension for the past 2 years. My blood pressure count is always around 150/100. Was put on Nebimac 5 and Telmikind Plus initially. Later was advised Trinexovas. But still there is no much improvement. I had also visited Cardiologist and did all the tests like Renal and ECG but everything was normal. So would like to need advise on what could be possible reason for it and what could be the impact of high blood pressure in future.

High blood pressure patient and nowadays it's getting worse since three/four weeks. The last time I checked it was systolic/diastolic= 134/104. Most of the time the difference between his diastolic and systolic is so low. Like 102/94, 108/95. Been diagnosed with "Losarten potassium USP 25 mg" since 3 years, one tablet per day. Since two weeks taking "Hydrochlorothiazide tablets USP 12.5 mg", along with the above mentioned medicine, one dose per day. His pulse rate stays between 65-80. I'm really scared about this and your prompt reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

My mother heart mitral value (mva) is 1.2 sqcm and there is a leakage from 1 heart valf and medicines are using for this and what steps can be taken to block leakage from heart valf

My mother is 66 years old having heart failure from last 15-16 years,her last echo shows ef 15%,she is suffering from severe pain in shoulder at one point only,pain is so severe that she can't lay over the bed nor she can sleep or eat,kindly suggest something.
