Heart Problems & Remedies

My father was having chest pain and troubled breathing whenever he was doing some activity like walking a long distance, and also having a fever feeling from inside along with cough. Doctor prescribed to undergo ECG and Echo cardiography. After analysing the ecg report doc said it is normal, and gave some medicine for the pain.Now the pain has reduced,but rest of the issues are there. The echo cardiography report is mentioning severe pulmonary arterial hypertension. I have attached the report. Please go through it and suggest me what to do. Shall i approach some pulmonologist for proper diagnosis or PAH is not a major issue?

The valve of the heart and arties have been blocked and hence blood supply to other parts of the body has been stopped. Doactors are saying there is no option other than operation of the heart Plaese suggest me your valuable opinion

Chest pain some times pinching,had ECG,2D echo and TMT all test results are good. Night time all body muscles are vibrating for 10 seconds. palpitratino at early morning after wakeup. sudden sensation in middle of chest some times happening.
