Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm 28 and overweight (about 100lbs), but have been on a diet for a month now and losing a good amount of weight so far. Last week I finally went to see the doc and she wanted me to monitor my blood pressure this week for our next appointment on Monday. She said it was high during our appointment but could have just been anxiety so she wanted to be sure (I do have general anxiety disorder). All week my blood pressure 2x a day had been between 125-140/80-90 or so which was lower than what she recorded and told me to be wary of. Then randomly today, it went up to 165/101 in my left arm only. I recorded my right arm and it was actually at 138/80. 10 mins later, I stood up and checked left arm again and it was at 149/98. I did have coffee 2 hours prior but I thought that would have been enough time to pass. Of course now I have anxiety over it all because I'm a bit of a hypochondriac due to my anxiety disorder. Any reasoning why this could happen? Thanks!

I have been suffering from sinus tachycardia from august 2015 my heartrate at that time before diagnosis was 148 bpm and was even having upset stomach my physician prescribed me to take kipnol tr 40 daily two times one in morning and one at night . But the main problem is that if i dont take that medicine for more than one day my heartrate again strikes around 120 beats per minute and i feel some pressure on my chest and little bit of discomfort i am having that medicine from two years i want to stop taking that medicine but i cannot do that jst because my heart starts beating fast if i dont take medicine . My 2D echo also came out to be normal . My age is 20 and i am from India . I am always scared and afraid about my health mainly this problem please help me out ..........

Body dither in some cases in stress,in norvous condition, excitement .The increase pulse rate when I get a meal at night time.

I would like to reduce Colostral level by food habits and normal exercise. Please suggest daily food intakes.

Hi !! In the past I do have a normal blood pressure that has a reading between 120/70 to 130/80 or 90. However, about 5 days ago, my uncle (which is a doctor) while checking my bp saw that I do have an elevated bp of 150/90. Actually I am also on a diet since I want to lose belly and weight, right now he told me that I need to take Losartan until my bp drops to normal... I just want to have a second opinion regarding the meds that I take. Should I stop taking Losartan once my bp become normal and manageable? I mean should I follow his advice? next what are the dos and donts during weight lose? in the past I weigh about 230 lbs but right now I am about 202 or 205 lbs (gonna measure my weight again this weekend)? You're insights will be appreciated. I am kinda anxious right now especially when he told me to take Losartan and saw its side effects of anxiety. =( I'm just 29 years old.

For a while I have noticed that when I lay my head down on my pillow or the back of the couch, I can feel a pulse in the back of my head. It often makes my body moves and it's become very worrisome for me. I have bad health anxiety so I'm wondering if this is because of my anxiety or if there is some underlying issue. I also have a fast heart rate generally. I'm worried there is something wrong with my heart.

Hi, my dad had hus cabg doen on 9th march 2017 he was doing very good in hospital as well as in icu and at home but when we went for his routine check up on 22nd march some medicine s were stoped after 2 days he started getting a temperature that is 99-100 we informed our doctor he told us to get blood and urine culture done urine culture came postive with two bacterias one of them was highly resistant to many antibiotics our sergion sad to take linospan 600 and furadantin 200 twice daily and thrice daily respectively and fever still dint stoped he ordered a culture in his hospital for the urine we got it done it came negative then he continued the medicine for a week but then too fever use to come that is 99-99.5 then he again asked us to get a urine culture done this time again the culture came negative for the urine . We tried stopping his combiflame which is one at night daily and the fever was not there for two days but again it came back and we have to start the combiflame

Hi I am Ravi Teja. Age-23 Last week i suffered with headache,fever,body pains nd dizziness. I consulted in clinic and they confirmed that it is a virul fever. But now i m getting severe pains in hands and legs. In shoulder parts. I am having doubt is it a sign of heart attack. My father expired with heart disease only in the age of 45. So I am getting these doubts

1) In echo result, Left Ventricle size = normal and Left Atria size = enlarged, whereas in Xray result, Left Ventricle looks Enlarged and Left Atria looks normal. Which one to believe?

I feel pain in the left side of my chest muscle. When i try to stretch left side of my chest, it pains. Almost throughout the day i feel uneasy in left chest area. 2-3yrs back i had fallen flat on my chest while swinging. That time i did not feel anything.but now i doubt its from that fall i am getting such pain. I did x-ray and report was all ok. So kindly request you to suggest me what to do.
