I take amlodipine 5 mg 1 a day around 10am. I also take losartan 25mg 1 a day around 10pm. I accidentally took the amlodipine this evening. What will happen and what should I do?

Hello sir i have chest pain and my age 22 i check up in hospital ECG, eco test but doctors told thats acidity problem but my pain has continue sir above 20 days

I am 39 years old & 76 KG weight. 5.5'' Height. I am into software career. for past 4 months I have Intermittent chest pain that lasts for 5-10 seconds or more. Feels a bit squeezing. Visited Manipal hospital & got TMT test done (4 months back). Doctor said its normal & suggested gastric control tablets.Sometimes heart rate increases & upon rubbing against the chest normalizes. Have been to Narayana Hrudayalaya for basic heart checkup. Found Sugar levels/BP/Cholesterol to be normal or below high levels. But heart rate was found 140 (two weeks ago) which they suggested Thyroid test. My Sleep is normally 6 hours average but sometimes its 5+ hours. I become very restless with anxiety bcos of this problem & feel very insecure & restless . I don't smoke or drink. Don't eat non veg. I was having some beer every week but stopped it 6 months back. i have been looking out for employment last year which added to my stress levels. I am doing small walks daily which makes me feel better

My father is an Ex-Serviceman, in 1985 he was diagnosed to have low heart rate 40~45ppm, Cardiologists suggested him for a pacemaker however he went in for pacemaker only on 2015 when he suddenly started feeling giddy. His heart rate was around 30~35ppm at that time. It's been 18 months since the pacemaker was implanted, in the last week he's had couple of incidents where he suddenly became very weak, couldn't stand, couldn't talk, he felt very thirsty however he did not have chest pain during these incidents. I went in for full body checkup at a laboratory and his ECHO showed that his heart's ejection fraction had dropped to 34%. I have visited a couple of cardiologist since then however I do not want to share their opinion here so that I can get unbiased consultation. I am be attaching 2D ECHO Cardiogram report and MRI Brain reports here. Can you please tell me what should be the best plan of action at this situation. Also what can help improve the ejection fraction of his heart.

I am 27 years old male and few months back during my regular checkup I was diagnosed with High cholesterol levels of LDL - 190 , HDL - 40 , Total cholesterol - 280 , Triglycerides - 90 , VIT B12 - 80.  Doctor prescribed me with Crestor 20 mg and I took it for 3 months which reduced my Ldl count to normal but significantly increased my SGPT and SGOT levels. Then I took Prelipid Abbott company med which brought back my cholesterol levels to normal . But while taking these medicines I had constant muscle pain and anxiety and not a good feeling at all . I am regular lawn tennis player past 3 years . My father , uncle all have a history of high cholestrol. I want to know if I really need to take a statin or Prelipid for my whole life to keep my cholesterol level normal . I dont  feel like taking medicines but when I stop them cholesterol levels jumps again . Please advice me what should I do and is medication really necessary . Is there any other way out of it ?? Please advice me.

Hi..Sir/Mam, My father is heart attack patient.Before 7 months, 40 mm size of stent placed in LAD Position of heart for him.but now he have suffering dry coughing with cold conditions last 3 months,but we have checked out x-ray,but there is nothing it's said by docters ..but current stage for him the same condition ...Pls help us
