Patient was gon through MVR 2 monthsback
After MVR.. at place of operation there was a small spot of black color, which turned into a small 'dana'.
Now that black spot is throughing black puss in sufficient amount. It has been thrice in last 15 days.
This can be seen as a small hole which is throughing black puss
Kindly suggest what could be the reason... I am worried
