My age is 30 and I have observed that my blood pressure is 155/108 generally, but I don't have any symptoms of high blood pressure. What should I do???

Hello .my father is heart patient and last year he got attack and angioplasty has been done on same time ..he also has some other diseases like diabetes,urinal & stomach problem and lungs infection... please suggest where we need to go.

Sir i don't get alcohol coffee or smoking. Sir This dither problem are suffered with me too many day.one time i show in hospital but there doctor said this is not mejor issue is happened because of weaknesses in body . And they give saline and said you take enrgy drink.sir when i get more calories that time also my body (mostly fingers)are shake.
