An year ago I was diagnosed with high Blood Pressure and I was taking medicines to control my BP but after a while my blood pressure came back within normal limits. Last night as I was finishing up some left over office work at my home,I started to experience an unexpected discomfort in the left part of my chest and near the shoulder, at one time I could feel my heart beating faster than usual,This episode has been going through my mind again and again, I somehow managed to sleep last night but e ven when I got up I could not say that things were exactly back to normal. I also measured my BP with a digital BP measuring machine that I bought and it showed my BP was only 122/78, I measured again and it still showed 125/80 and then after an hour it again showed 122/80, I don't smoke or drink and I make it a point to run 1.5 to 2 km 6 times a week...should I be alarmed and visit the cardiologist ASAP? P.S I also experienced gas and associated heartburn ( Resting heart rate- 54-59)

Sir i smoked for past 2.5 years and now i have quite it. a month before i felt pain in my left hand while smoking at the same time i felt the same pain if i did not take food. Please tell me what it means. is it lung cancer?

I've been having pain in the back of my chest on and off since January 2016. It's a weight pressure type feeling in my chest and sometimes it makes me feel out of breath or like my heart beat speeds up more than I think it should sometimes and it's difficult to workout like I use to. I've asked people before to kind of put pressure on it as if your cracking your knuckles and it pops a lot and relieves only a little bit of the feeling. My sternum pops a lot too when I stretch. Can you tell me what is the cause of this or why it won't go away?

Sometimes slight pain in food pipe  near heart  while walking sometimes  not regularly  have no blood pressure, sugar but has Non alcoholic fatty liver .regular evening walking of one hour and light breathing exercises Pranayaam for 30 min in the morning After medications my Liver profile  and Lipid profile are in normal range

My 62 year old grandmother's blood pressure was 214/128, HR: 106 last night & tonight it's 247/158, HR: 104. A few weeks ago she also got some high readings of 229/131, HR: 89 & 217/118, HR: 87. Tonight she also also has a headache that won't go away, is flushed and feels warm. She's insisting she wants to wait until tomorrow to go to an Urgent Care doctor rather than go to the emergency room tonight. Will there be a difference in approaches of interventions/care between the two?

I posted earlier but lost my ques anyways I recently faced fast heart beat bcuz i use to drink everyday but now i quit and went to doctor he done ecg echo and lever test Sanic tachycardia in ecg In echo it said dystolic dysfunction grade I lvef 63% Sgot 96 Sgpt 106 After 10 days my sgot sgpt are normal but worried about the rest and also m always thinking my health and i think i am having helth anxiety Please help M i in a dangerous situation?
