Numbness & pin prick

Hi, I'm been suffering by numbness and pin prick, mussle cramp while sleeping & rarely differences in heart beat for about 2 - 3 mins in the night. I am taking treatment for the same from local neurologist from last 1 yr. Ininitially he started with calcium, vitamin D3, etc things not improved went to other neurologist he took while spine scan and said you are fine nothing to worry. Went to another neurologist to double check he tested with shock all the nurves leg and arms. He said results are k nothing to worry. But after all these still im suffering by numbness in arms during my sleep everyway. When I read articles in internet it's seems like cardiac related issues. Which Doctor would be right to treat my issue Neuro or cardiac??? Or is my issues are normal? Thank you

Constant chest pain (at the center)

I am suffering from chest pain since last 1 year but i ignore it because it doesn't feel me much pain but one day when i woke up i was unable to breath properly due to so much chest pain (cheat paim in center of the chest). so i consult doctor next day, he gave me some medicines and then dr. told me for CBC and ESR test and result of that test are ok. Dr. gave me some medicines and my pain stopped at that time but that pain rise again after 1 month, and again i consult dr. and he gave me again some medicines and my pain stopped at that time. but again my pain started. so i changed my dr. and second dr. gave me pinap-d3 tablet and told me for heart echo from apollo or escort (strictly told for that hospital). and some other tests also from laboratory. so i want to know that is it right to carry my consultation from this dr. or try another one ?

Now we just wanted to know if it completely fine. Thx in advance.
