My father's is facing breathing problem when he sleep, can't walk above 200 metres and can't climb a 3 floor or above building if so increment in heartbeat and develops pain in place of heart, creation of cough sometimes if someone shout or tensed environment, tightness in leg, stomach sometimes tight or problem in digestion, lost too weight in last 2 years aged 58 weight around 60 kgs, height 5.6" ,this problem is increasing day by day having last from around 15 years, develops cough if eat more rice.

I am having back pain in the upper left portion since last night. Thought it was a muscle pain and would wear off by morning but it is increasing ever since. Sometimes I feel the pain is spreading in the fingers or the upper right back especially when I am trying to lie down. My pulse rate is always high since the last few months (90-110). Is this a heart problem or a gastritis/muscle pain?

I am very much concerned about heart health and took sevaral ecg ..i have attached my ecg and i consulted a cardiologist ..he is telling it is fine but heart rate is high due to anxiety ...

I am a female in my 20s and have had tachycardia and frequent palpitations for the last few years. I am overall healthy and do not consume a lot of caffeine or any other medications/substances that cause tachycardia. I had basic lab work done including thyroid function, that was all normal. I also had an echo done that was normal and a holter monitor test for 24 hours that was also normal besides being tachycardic most of the time. My 12 lead ekg showed normal sinus rhythm but with notched and prolonged p waves. What could the meaning of this ekg be and could it relate to the tachycardia or palpitations?

There is no change in my blood pressure when I stand, it only goes a little higher. I'm wondering why my heart is going 160 when I stand. How can I fix this. I feel like I'm dying? I don't know what to do.
