Colestrol and suger in borderline
From last 8 month my suger and colestrol is abnormal.
suger range 80 to 140 and colestrol range 180 to 260.
after treatment colestrol decrase from 260 to 160, but last month it increase. On 8.05.2017 colestro is 200 and HBAic is 6.5

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
