Some times pain in left side of chest.i m suffering from diabetic. I have to under go cervical surgery.

My father angiogram report LMCA: Normal LAD:Type III vessel. Calcified vessel. Mid LAD long lesion 80% stenosis. LCX: Co-Dominant. OM1 patio proximal region 90% stenosis. OM2 has 80% stenosis. RCA:Dominant. Mid RCA 99% stenosis. IMPRESSION: TRIPLE VESSEL DISEASE. RECOMMENDATION: CABG

I am 32 year old and suffering from hypothyroidism since last 4 years. My last 2 blood test reports show normal TSH and increased T4 values. My doctor prescribed me thyronorm 100. I feel discomfort in my left arm and sometimes in left shoulder. Many timea my heart palpitation is fast. I am on medication of beta telsar 25. What causes my heart movement irregular. I've been having a heart ache and feeling numb a week now. also my stomach and lungs is hurting. and i can't hardly breath when in pain.

Chest pain-left side, pain in left arm, high blood pressure, dizziness,vomit, mild sweating, heaviness, breathlessness

I am 30 years old, and my BP readings today are 158/107, i weigh 90 Kgs and 5 Feet 11 inches height, i have been smoking 10 cigarettes per day, and past 4 days had 2 Bottle of beer every day. I tested on an electronic BP Machine at home. Am i doing right or should i wait for few days and check again, if its right, then please suggest what i should do?

While I was sleeping my permcath fell out what should I do I have no other way to do dialysis so I'm concerned and I'm feeling really concerned of the affects with my permcath out.
