Hello doctor, as per both ECG and 2d echo reports I have diastolic dysfunction and bunch of nerves are narrowed. Please suggest suitable treatment. And is there any serious problem.

My mother under angioplasty about 9 years ago. She has very low EF (19-20). Off late she has been complaining about nausea, difficulty in eating, dizziness, low BP(100/55) high pulse (135). No appetite. Medications: Cardivas, Pradaxa, lasix and now lenoixn. But taking lanoxin gives itchiness observed. Feeling very weak. No energy to do household chores as well.

My mother having pain in chest. It's been 2 days yesterday she had high fever and then pain in bali. Now from today she having pain in chest. A doctor given her some medicine for gas. But the problem did fixed. She still having pain in chest. Please help me

My husband suffered heart attack on 6th Feb 2017 angioplasty done immediately but only one artery opened at that time. he was on ventilator and IBP machine for 4 days. CABG is done on 9th march 2017. After CABG his head from backside is stiff and he has constant pain in that area.

Sir I am 28years old men. In the day 16/08/16 at 6pm i feel some chest pain and afterday i go to hospital doctors say some diagonestic test.after test lipid profile Total cholesterol :203mg/dl Direct HDL:54.2mg/dl Direct LDL:118.8mg/dl Triglycerides :148mg/dl VLDL:30mg/dl Total cholesterol :3.75 LDL:HDL-2.19 And also done echocardiogram. This report says normal sized cardiac chambers and left ventricular ejection fraction is 67%. Also done TMT test. TMT test is negative provacable ischemia . Max HR:159bpm(82.81%of192bpm). Also done chest X-ray. That say lungs fields are clear and normal .i feel about 6-8 months left side of my chest is heavy and discomfort feeling. Some times I feel some flip flops on centre of the chest, pain in both sides of neck .some times feel just like mild electric shock on left side of chest and also some breathing problems. Why it is happening and what can i do. doctor does not give any medicine .
