I am 28 now i had a heart attack. Then emergency angioplasty 1 year ago. I m on medicines now clopitab,prolomet,ecosprin,tonact.i had a echo six months ago which i have uploaded,i will have echo again in 15 days, will there will improvement in lvef.because i am walking 30 minute daily. Quited tobacco totally.i mean should i expect any improvement in such lvef and others.

Good that u have adopted nice lifestyle modifications by quitting smoking and regular walking.EF that is ejection fraction is a thing that depends on how much permanent damage that had occurred in ur heart before restoring blood flow.So need not worry much abt that if it had not improved .If it had really improved its well and good.Get the echo done to look out for any worsening and if not do continue with the drugs and exercise.
